In which countries can you buy online ?

Currently, you can shop from Canada and the United States only. Please contact us directly at info@lovanm.com for any other request outside the scope, we'll be happy to find a solution to your needs.

+ In which languages ?

The main language used on the website is french but you can now shop in english as well. Find the language option at either the top right or at the bottom left or right of the page. If you're not familiar with neither languages feel free to contact us at info@lovanm.com we'll be our pleasure to help you the best we can. 

+ What's the price adjustment policy ? 

You have 24 hours following the purchase to claim a lower price. The amount will be adjusted directly to your order.

+ Are the products on which it is indicated sold out renewed ?

If an item is sold out, we make sure to renew it as soon as possible. So if you If it was no longer in stock, we will mention it on the site.

+ Is it possible to receive regular information directly to my email address on the latest news and offers from Lovan M?

Yes, all you need to do is subscribe our newsletter and you will receive updates, access to exclusive deals, and more. You can subscribe in the footer section (bottom pages of the website). 

+ Can I unsubscribe from Lovan M newsletter ?

In the newsletter section, you can unsubscribe easily. Enter your details and click send. You can also do it directly from a newsletter email you received.


+ How can I be sure that my purchase has been made correctly ?

You'll receive an email confirmation of your order automatically. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our customer service at info@lovanm.com. Make sure that it's not in your undesirable email section, because it can sometimes happen, before contacting us. In addition, once the order has been shipped, you will receive another email confirming the shipping information.

+ Can I delete an item from my order ?

Yes. From your basket, it's possible to eliminate the items that you do not wish to receive before placing the order. If, by mistake, you misplaced an items after placing the order and you wish to have it cancel, send us an email at info@lovanm.com as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.

+ What should I do if I receive a defective item ? 

Lovan M is committed to maintaining an excellent quality on the products it ships to its customers. So, if you receive a defective items, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving it. We'll send you a new one (if still available) as soon as we receive the product that had a defect.

+ What should I do if I receive an item that does not match my order ? 

If you receive an item that you did not order, contact our customer service and we'll be happy to assist you.
