Return and warranty :

For any information about our products or any questions related to your order, contact us by email info@lovanm.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Return policy :

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that we are happy to exchange a product depending on availability in the online store. For any product that does not suit you, we also provide refunds if you do not wish to make an exchange. * ITEMS SOLD AT A DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALES. Only exchange can be made on discount items. 

After receiving the product, you have 30 days to return your items and exchange them. 

In order to facilitate the return process, contact us by email beforehand at info@lovanm.com. Enter your name, invoice number and reason for return. A return confirmation will be sent to you, and you can then proceed to send the goods approved by us. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

When all the items are received at Lovan M's office, the exchange will be made as soon as possible. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return costs fo an exchange are at the expense of the sender. In the event of an error on our part, we will take charge of the return shipping costs.

Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales tags must be intact and attached to the items.

Defective items :

We take great care to inspect all items carefully before shipping them to their destination. If the merchandise is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will send you the return or exchange instructions. Any exchange request must be made within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Upon receipt of the package, we will process the exchange as quickly as possible, free of charge. In the event that the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Exchange and return instructions :

1. Please contact us at info@lovanm.com. Enter your name, the name of the product, its size and the reason for the return. An authorization confirmation will be sent to you afterwards along with the address to send your return to.

2. Return the item unwashed and unworn with all sales tags intact. Keep the parcel tracking number if you have one.

For exchanges from Canada :

We strongly suggest that you choose the services of a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once the package has been received, we will process your request as quickly as possible.

For exchanges from the United States :

Returns from the US must be made through the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Packages generating customs fees will be refused. All returned items must be declared as a "returned Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. If this mention has been forgotten, the package may be refused and returned to the sender. 

For exchanges from international sources :

All returned items must be declared as a "return Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. If this mention is not indicated, additional costs could be added; these will be deducted from your refund. Packages incurring customs charges will be refused.

Sold out :

We make an effort to take inventory and update the website regularly. However, it's possible that an item becomes unavailable during the processing of your order. In such a case, our customer service will follow up on your order by email and issue a refund as soon as possible via the original payment method.
